Our breaded crêpes with ham and mozzarella are packed with flavor. Creamy mozzarella and tender cooked ham come together in a perfect combo, wrapped in a coarse, golden crust that boosts every bite. Their signature half-moon shape makes them great for an easy dinner with friends or family, or a quick lunch.
If you want a lighter option, you can bake them with no added oil. They’re satisfying without feeling heavy—and they always hit the spot.
Directions
for Use
Cook before eating.
Oven: Place the crêpes while still frozen on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C / 425°F for 11–12 minutes, turning halfway through. Caution: wait at least 2 minutes before eating.
Skillet: Place the crêpes while still frozen in a nonstick pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and cover. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, then finish cooking for another 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Caution: wait at least 2 minutes before eating.
